Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in life insurance and annuities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of life insurance and annuity programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end life insurance and annuity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and timelines to meet business requirements.
Manage program budgets and financial resources efficiently.
Monitor and report on financial metrics, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Strong knowledge of the interaction and interdependencies of hardware. Software and systems development life cycle methodology.
Strong application specific knowledge (MS Project, MS Office, Internet, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Teams, Webex,
Strong knowledge of Agile application software design and development
Strong knowledge of the interaction and interdependencies of hardware. Software and systems development life cycle methodology.
Outstanding problem identification/troubleshooting skills
Ability to assess the business impact of issues and prioritize them
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
